I'm a blend of strategy, analytics, and business development, with a creative streak that runs through coding, animation, drawing, videography, writing, and even 3D development and AI. And when I'm not exploring those passions, I'm focused on being a super dad and husband. It's a lot, but that's what happens when passion fuels determination.
With 25+ years working with Marketing, IT, Sales, building and optimizing processes and finding effective ways to automate and bring focus to the most critical points, in terms of customers, leads, stock, and workflows.
Sometimes companies are challenged with making small or bigger adjustments. Not only does it require a clear strategy, but it also needs an execution plan, and the skills to execute on all levels. Throughout my career I have played a big part on all three levels, from writing strategies to being a part of the team who executes and delivers.
I am driven by results. What's the point of playing a match if we don't care about winning? I certainly like to win matches, and quite often this is based on a team effort who are aiming for the same target, contributing with each their set of skills.
Throughout my career, I've developed approaches for sustainable business growth that combine strategic planning, operational excellence, and digital transformation. My passion for technology, combined with my analytical mindset, allows me to quickly grasp new developments and assess their potential impact. Whether it's the latest AI breakthrough, a shift in market trends, or a new approach to business strategy, I'm always eager to explore the possibilities and understand how they can be leveraged for positive change.
Together with my daughter Emma, we embarked on a creative YouTube journey, successfully building a channel with over 25,000 subscribers. It began as her dream to become a YouTuber, but quickly became a valuable learning experience about dedication, creativity, and the realities of content creation.
We had fun working on crazy ideas and pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones. The experience taught us that real accomplishments often require stepping beyond our comfort zones, where both failures and successes await. For a 10-year-old, discovering the true effort behind being a successful content creator was eye-opening.
While we're currently taking a break from YouTube, the channel remains a testament to our creativity and determination. The voice acting and production challenges pushed us both creatively, strengthening our skills and our bond through collaborative creative work.
It may sound a little cliche, but my work is also my hobby. I am active in many communities, where I learn, contribute and grow. It's a determination that has manifested itself in a thirst for knowledge and a passion for exploring diverse fields. From strategy and analytics to coding, animation, and even AI, I'm driven by a desire to understand how things work and how they can be improved. This multi-passionate approach has allowed me to connect seemingly different areas, to find creative solutions where others see roadblocks.
More than just a collection of skills, this is a reflection of "who I am?" A lifelong learner, a creative problem-solver, and someone who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities. It's a journey fueled by passion, determination, and a constant desire to grow, both personally and professionally.

I live together with Gitte, and together we have our amazing daughter Emma. I enjoy spending time with my daughter, and sharing my passion with her. We spend a lot of time being creative and she is becoming quite an artist herself. As every parent, I am so proud to follow her journey.
Our home in the countryside is a fantastic fit for us. Being outdoors is something we all cherish, and the open space really encourages our shared creative spirit. Emma and Gitte often get absorbed in painting stones they've found on walks, tapping into their artistic side. For me, the surroundings provide endless inspiration for photography, capturing wildlife moments or the changing scenery. Beyond personal enjoyment, these photos occasionally find a practical place in my professional projects too.
