DW Innovation
Terms and house rules
These pages are a small, ad-free place run by DW Innovation, where family and friends share their lives with each other. By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Who runs the pages
The pages are run by DW Innovation, a Danish sole proprietorship, CVR 21487791. You can reach us through the contact form.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google. There are no passwords.
- You must be 13 or older to create an account.
- Use your real first name, or a name your friends know you by. Pretending to be someone else is not allowed.
- Keep access to your email safe, because it is the key to your account.
- Every member gets a page of their own. Only your friends can see it, unless you choose otherwise in its settings.
3. House rules
Write as if you were sitting at the same table. Disagree with ideas, never attack people. These are not allowed:
- Threats, harassment, hate or slurs.
- Spam, advertising or links to dubious sites.
- Anything illegal, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Personal details about other people without their permission.
- Pretending to be someone else.
4. Messages between friends
- Only friends can send each other messages. A group chat is started by a member with two or more of their friends, and anyone in a group can add their own friends to it. A person who joins a group sees the messages from when they joined.
- Messages are private between the people in the chat. DW Innovation does not read, monitor or moderate them, and they cannot be reported through the site.
- The house rules apply in Messages too. Play fair, and settle any disagreement between yourselves in a friendly way.
- You can delete your own messages for everyone in the chat at any time. You can also block messages from a person in the chat's menu. Blocking stops them from writing to you, and you can lift it again whenever you like. In a group you can mute the chat or leave it whenever you like, and the person who runs the group can rename it and remove people from it.
- DW Innovation is neutral and is not responsible for what members write to each other, or for disagreements between members. If a member shows us, through the contact form, that someone has broken the house rules or the law in Messages, DW Innovation can act on that account as described in section 6.
5. How comments are checked
Comments are checked automatically for spam when they are posted. Automated checks look at things such as links, repeated text and how fast a form was filled in. Some comments are held until DW Innovation has looked at them. A person always makes the decision when content is removed or an account is warned or blocked for breaking the rules. The only exception is obvious commercial spam, which is removed automatically.
6. When a rule is broken
DW Innovation can remove content, give a warning, or block an account for a period or for good. When that happens, you are told:
- what was decided, and for how long
- the facts behind it, and whether automated means were used
- which rule was broken
- how to ask for a review
You can ask for a review through the link in that message or through the contact form. You can always take the matter to the courts. Accounts removed for commercial spam are not told, as the EU Digital Services Act allows.
7. Your content
You keep the rights to what you write and share. By posting it here, you allow DW Innovation to show it on these pages to the people who are allowed to see it. You can delete your comments and messages at any time, and deleting your account removes them.
8. Report illegal content
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal, without an account, through the report form. You get a receipt by email, and a second email when a decision has been made.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time on your account page. DW Innovation can close the pages or an account, with notice where possible.
10. Responsibility
The pages are offered as they are, free of charge, as a private family service. DW Innovation is not responsible for what members write, in posts, comments or private messages, but acts quickly when told about content that breaks these terms or the law. Danish law applies.
11. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, members are told on the site before the change applies.
