Double-click start.bat
This automatically creates a virtual environment and installs dependencies (first run only)
Start chatting!
Your browser opens to http://localhost:5000 - select a model and go!

Alternative: Open Command Prompt, navigate to the folder with cd C:\LocalAssistant, then type start.bat and press Enter.
